The Benowa house is highly comfortable and convenient for international students coming to the Gold Coast to study and work. It is a safe and clean home away from home and has long term flatmates who are all studying English and various courses on a long term basis.

• Catch a Bus to Surfers Paradise, Southport or Griffith University
• Walk to Botanic Gardens for exercising and walking
• Catch a bus to Surfers Paradise Beach to go surfing and sight seeing
