International students are you studying and need a study and clean student accommodation option on the Gold Coast? Book a bed in a twin share room in our international student house at Benowa. 

Each room has :

  • 1 Queen bed
  • 2 single desks and 2 chairs
  • 2 lamps
  • air conditioning
  • 2 wardrobes
  • Linen 
  • Towels

At the house, all guests are welcome use the shared communal areas including:

  • A fully stocked self catering kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cutlery, cooking equipment
  • A kitchenette upstairs
  • A laundry wish washing facilities 
  • The outdoor decks
  • Pool area 
  • Garden Area
  • 2 Lounge areas

Cost is $700 per couple per week (12 weeks or less)

$600 per couple per week (13 or more weeks)

Rent includes a furnished room, water, electricity and wifi-internet.

Minimum 3 months Lease

Bond is 2 weeks rent (ie $600 per person)
