International students are you studying and need a study and clean student accommodation option on the Gold Coast? Book room 4 our single room in our international student house at Benowa. 

Each room has :

• 1 single bed
• 1 lamp
• 1 wardrobe
• 1 draw set
• Linen 
• Towel

At the house, all guests are welcome to use the shared communal areas including:

• A fully stocked self catering kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cutlery, cooking equipment
• A kitchenette upstairs
• A laundry with washing facilities 
• The outdoor decks
• Pool area 
• Garden Area
• 2 Lounge areas

Cost is $350 per person per week (4 weeks to 12 weeks lease)

Cost is $300 per person per week if 13 weeks or more

Rent includes a furnished room, water, electricity and wifi-internet.

Bond is 2 weeks rent (ie $700 per person)

Book before or after you arrive in Australia.
